Axxerion offers a solution for Operations Management by providing a web based software (SaaS) that handles both CRM and HR management. It is entirely online and in the cloud allowing to start immediately without additional investment hardware or software. Use it as a CRM management software or HR management software helping with any industry from IT operations, real estate, sales, automotive and more. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Employee & Timesheet management (Human Resources - HR) modules used in the software are integrated with other Axxerion modules and solutions. Axxerion is configurable and customizable to handle simple or complex CRM duties.

Human Resources Management (HR) - Employee Management

The employee management module helps you keep track of cost and qualifications of human resources. It assists you with recruitment and selection of new employees. You can track vacation days, salary history, qualifications, employment history, employee reviews and personal information. You can quickly see which assets, keys and passwords have been assigned. The cost per employee is calculated and used for budgeting and invoicing.

  • Employees

    - Manage employee history, records, security as well as payroll information and salary history. Setup the reporting structure for each employee.
  • Central Repository of HR Documents

    - Manage forms and records of all official documents. Find documents easily when needed.
  • Issue & Return of Assets

    - Assign assets to employees such as computers, cell phones and software licenses. Track the assigned assets and ensure they are all returned or accounted for when an employee leaves.
  • Reviews & Performance History

    - Setup objectives for employees. Handle reviews, raises and also insurance and other requirements. Setup bonus plans based on achieving goals and objectives.
  • Key and Access Management

    - Track various property door keys. Assign keys to personnel based on their security authorization and access levels. Ensure that all keys are returned when any employee leaves. Easily issue spare or replacement keys.
  • Organizational Structure

    - The system automatically can produce organizational structure based on the employee information is input.
  • Recruiting

    - Handle open positions, recruiting, resumes and interviews. Issue job offers and consulting agreements. Maintain all records.

Timesheets

The timesheet module automates the process of submitting, checking and approving time spent on tasks. For every project task you can define who is allowed to write time and at what rate. Employees and contractors can submit their hours online and managers receive an approve task. The overview of worked hours, vacation and sick leave provides you with a better insight in expenses and ensures that expenses are cross charged appropriately. Timesheet management is integrated with Axxerion Project Management application.

  • Automatic Generation

    - Timesheets are created automatically and a reminder is issued. Each user has a personal timesheet which only includes tasks assigned to that user.
  • Submit Online

    - Users can submit their timesheets online. The total time entered is checked against the contract when submitting the timesheet.
  • Review

    - You can define how timesheets have to be approved based on your own business process. For example, initially by related project managers and subsequently by the department manager.
  • Budgeting

    - After timesheet approval the hours are booked as expenses and revenues on the budget. The forecast cost and expenses are updated based on the percentage completed and booked hours.
  • Invoicing

    - After the timesheets have been approved invoices can be generated automatically. This can be based on spent time or percentage completion of a task.
  • Planning

    - You can make an estimate of the number of hours per project task and a forecast for cost and revenue is calculated. By comparing this with the actual hours
    posted to improve your planning process.

Axxerion modules can be configured for each user group by setting access rights to fields and functions. You can also define your own processes for modifying or creating data by defining custom workflows. Specific functions for your organization can be implemented on request.
